WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We are only accepting returns for defective or damaged items.
Customers must send us photographs of their faulty item before sending anything back to us.If an item has been opened, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Any returns are at the expense of the customer; if an item is confirmed as faulty, any return postage will be refunded

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We do not offer free returns - it is your responsibility to pay for the return of your item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Upon receipt of your return and confirmation of your refund, your funds will be returned to you within 10 business days.
THERE IS A PRODUCT DEFECT WITH MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
At LEDDA, we are striving to deliver the very best products, however we understand that sometimes a faulty or damaged item could slip through undetected. Should you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will review this with our product team. If the product is deemed defective LEDDA will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer.
