Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds. If your purchase represents a Product Quality Issue i.e. If you receive your product and it is damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems to be the fault of the manufacturer, please get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com so that we can help resolve the issue. You should notify our customer service team within 30 days of the shipping date. Any returns or requests after this time will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering free returns, customers are solely responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.
Please download our return form and include this in your returned package. LEDDA does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund excluding shipping fees and place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Once our QA team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank this may take 10 to 15 business working days.
