At the moment, we only ship to Mainland/Contiguous USA & Canada.

How long will shipping take and cost?

Which shipping couriers do you use?
We are using different courriers depending on availabities.

Are customs and duties included for international orders?
Orders coming into Canada may incur Import Duties and Taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more info.
Where is my order?
You can track the status of your order in your account. Due to COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order, which is currently between 5 to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
If an item is out of stock, sign up for notifications to be the first to hear when it's coming back. You can also sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about the latest product releases.
Returns & Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We do not offer free returns - it is your responsibility to pay for the return of your item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please send clear photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning anything. If an item has been used, your return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Any returns are at your expense and items must be posted in an unused condition. Once an item has been returned and confirmed as faulty, any return postage will be refunded.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Upon receipt of your return and confirmation of your refund, your funds will be returned to you within 10 business days.
THERE IS A PRODUCT DEFECT WITH MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
At LEDDA, we are striving to deliver the very best products, however we understand that sometimes a faulty or damaged item could slip through undetected. Should you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will review this with our product team. If the product is deemed defective LEDDA will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service for more info!
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Our system receives your order immediately after it has been placed. Once this has happened, we are unable to change or cancel any orders. Please visit our returns policy for further information.

How do I register?

Don’t worry, if you visit our log-in page and select 'Forgotten your password?' then you can enter the email address registered and we will send you instructions on how to get this reset.
How can I contact LEDDA?
You can go to our Contact us page, email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for general enquiries or email@example.com for customer care.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by LEDDA after each successful renewal.
How do I order a LEDDA product on subscription?
Step 1: Head to ledda.co
Step 2: Visit your favorite product page and select the subscription option when you add the item to your cart
Step 3: Choose your subscription frequency - 1, 3 or 6 months
Step 4: Checkout
How do I cancel a LEDDA subscription?
Head to the 'My Account' section.
Once you've logged in, select 'View my subscription'.
From there, you'll have the option to pause or to cancel your subscription.
HOW CAN I SKIP OR RESCHEDULE A CHARGE?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge.
You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PAYMENT CAN'T BE PROCESSED?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
I haven't received my LEDDA subscription order. Where is it?
Once your LEDDA order has been dispatched it can take up to 7 business days to be delivered to you.
If you still haven't received your order after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
