Returns
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
FRAGRANCES, DISCOVERY SETS, CANDLES & BATH PEBBLES
We accept returns of unopened, sealed items. Any item you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as you bought it. If your item has been opened (including the cellowrap layer on its exterior) it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our bath pebbles must be returned as a full set of x10 individually wrapped pebbles, with each pebble still intact in its original wrapping.
Our candles must be returned with all their original packaging unopened or damaged. The dust cover must be present and have not been tampered with in any way.
Any returns are at your own expense. We do not currently offer free returns.
CLOTHING
We accept returns and exchanges on all clothing items providing the tags and labels have not been removed and all the original packaging is intact. The product must be in an unworn, unwashed condition with no visible stains, marks or defects. Any items that have been visibly worn will not be accepted.

Please note our clothing stock is extremely limited so exchanges may not always be possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We also accept returns for defective or damaged items.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must send us photographs of your item before initiating a return. If an item has been opened, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
Any returns are at your own expense. We do not currently offer free returns.
If an item is confirmed as faulty, any return postage will be refunded as LEDDA credit.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Please contact our team on help@ledda.co before initiating a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We do not offer free returns - it is your responsibility to pay for the return of your item(s). We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Upon receipt of your return and confirmation of your refund, your funds will be returned to you within 10 business days.
THERE IS A PRODUCT DEFECT WITH MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
At LEDDA, we are striving to deliver the very best products, however we understand that sometimes a faulty or damaged item could slip through undetected. Should you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will review this with our product team. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace the product at no additional charge.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We can amend your order up to 60 minutes after it has been placed. Once this window has passed, we are unable to make any further amendments or cancel any orders.
